Now mobile app users also share their screen with their contacts in a group call or individual call. In a group call, you can add up to eight members only. This feature is also being rolled out to Facebook messenger rooms that are a video conferencing feature that allow you to connect up to 16 Members in a single chat but soon it will upgrade to 50 members at a time. You can now also use mixing videos with audios with the introduction of Collab by Facebook. It’s a new app after the TikTok has banned in India.
How to Use Screen Sharing in Facebook Messenger on Mobile?
Step 1: Just open your Messenger app and sign in with your Facebook account
Step 2: Then you need to start your Video call, for this, you need to select one or more contact and then click on the call
Step 3: Then click on “Share Screen” From the Bottom menu
Step 4: Then you will get some options like “Entire Screen”, “Application Window” or any specific “Browser Tab”
Step 5: As per your selected, your screen sharing will be started and then what you will do on the specific window, screen, or tag (as per the above selection” it will be visible to your recipients.
Step 6: If you want to end screen sharing then you need to swap back to the video call to stop screen sharing.
How to Use Screen Sharing in Facebook Messenger on Desktop?
Step 1: First you need to open messenger.com, Facebook, and messenger room.
Step 2: Then you need to start your Video call, for this, you need to select one or more contact and then click on the call.
Step 3: Or if you are using a messenger room then need to create a new room and add members.
Step 4: Then click on “Share Screen” From the Bottom menu
Step 5: Then you will get some options like “Entire Screen”, “Application Window” or any specific “Browser Tab”
Step 6: As per your selected, your screen sharing will be started and then what you will do on the specific window, screen, or tag (as per the above selection” it will be visible to your recipients.
Step 7: If you want to end screen sharing then you need to click on “Stop” at the top of the call window.
If you change a window it’s going to change if you open anything whatever is happening on the screen is going to be shared with your Facebook messenger room/video call.
