Step 4: Select I need to reset my password.

Reset Apple ID and Password using Two-Factor Authentication

In case you don’t have the connected device nearby, all you can do it to reset the password by requesting and Account Recovery. Generally, the process is used when your device is damaged or stolen.
Step 1: When you go through the resetting password options, you may come through the option to Request Account Recovery option.
Step 2: Enter your contact number that the officials can contact you. Verification will be sent to your phone.
Step 3: After the verification, a confirmation will be sent to you that they have received your request. They will contact you.
